Refund policy

10 Days Easy Return Policy:

• A customer can return a product within 10 days of its delivery- We assure a refund of 100% amount, No Questions Asked.
• A product to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unused and undamaged; to be packed in its original packaging with invoice and other accessories.
• For eligible products, you can request for a return on MY ORDERS page in Customer Login. We will arrange for a return pickup for you. The locations, where pickup service is not available from our logistics partner, you can ship the product using courier service of your choice. We will add INR 70 in your refund value to compensate for the return courier charges.
• Products received as a return will be verified by our Quality team on the same day of its receipt. The refund will be initiated within 2 working days after go-ahead from the Quality team. Payment will be reversed as per the original transaction for all Pre-paid orders. For COD orders, refund will be transferred in the bank account upon providing bank details.
